The story so far
We opened our doors by the canal in 2018 with one wood-fired oven, a sack of Caputo flour and a slightly over-confident fox on the sign. Eight years on, the oven is still roaring at 450 °C, the dough still proves for 48 hours, and the fox is still over-confident.
Everything on the menu is made to order by chefs who genuinely argue about basil placement — masters with international diplomas and strong opinions about mozzarella. Eat in at our Camden Lock dining room, collect in 15 minutes with 10% off, or get it delivered hot and fast on a scooter.
We buy our vegetables at Camden Market every morning, our mozzarella comes from a small dairy in Somerset, and the pepperoni recipe is a secret we will take to the den.
